  • Automated evaluation and feedback
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • Study recommendations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • One account per person
  • You are responsible for account security

3.2 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Share account credentials
  • Abuse the platform

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI
  • Upload malicious content
  • Harass other users or staff
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Scrape or copy our content
  • Circumvent payment systems

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

  • All platform content is owned by IELTAI
  • Test materials are proprietary
  • AI models and algorithms are protected
  • You may not reproduce or distribute our content

5.2 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of your test responses
  • You grant us license to use your data to improve our AI
  • We will not share your responses publicly without consent

6. Payments and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency
  • PPP pricing applies based on your location
  • Prices may change with notice

6.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You can cancel anytime
  • Refunds subject to our Refund Policy

6.3 Payment Methods

  • We accept credit cards via Stripe
  • We accept PayPal
  • All payments are secure and encrypted

7. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

  • Our AI provides feedback for practice purposes
  • Scores are estimates, not official IELTS scores
  • AI evaluation may not be 100% accurate
  • Use our feedback as a learning tool
  • We do not guarantee specific test outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

IELTAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party actions
  • AI evaluation inaccuracies

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
