At IELTAI, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy outlines our refund process.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have used less than 20% of your purchased tests
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- You have a valid reason for dissatisfaction
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You have completed more than 20% of available tests
- Your account was terminated for violations
- You are requesting a second refund
- You dispute the charge with your bank (chargeback)
3. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Email support@ieltai.com with:
- Your account email
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
Step 2: We'll review your request within 3 business days
Step 3: If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
4. Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Stripe payments: 5-10 business days
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing times may vary
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you've used some but not all services
- If technical issues affected your experience
- At our discretion based on circumstances
6. Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription anytime
- Cancellation stops future billing
- You retain access until the end of your billing period
- No refunds for partial months
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems:
- Contact support first
- We'll try to resolve the issue
- Refunds are a last resort
- Document the issue with screenshots
8. Chargebacks
⚠️ Important Notice
If you file a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You forfeit the right to a refund
- We may pursue the disputed amount
- Your account may be permanently banned
